This wig is gorgeous, very soft and no shedding when I ran my hands through. The curls are so defined and beautiful, i washed it before I install it so I will leave additional feedback once I have it on. Customer service was amazing from the time I ordered until the time I received it I was always informed. Shipping was fast and I'm so glad I received it before Christmas
