i love my unit. it came within 3 business days. the hair was soft & curly, just like the picture. i did have to bleach the knots & pluck it a little more to my liking. the hair was still soft & pretty after bleching. although, i did experience a bit of shedding, the unit it still nice. it's also true to length. i love it. i also curled it & the hair took well & is so gorgeous.Rating - Great hair!!
