Seller had great communication and fast shipping. It came exactly when the tracking said it would come. Straight out the box the hair is very soft and doesn't smell.The hairline does look pre-plucked. I'd say it looks more like a 16 inch than a 14 inch, which is a plus.Rating - The hair was beautiful, nice and soft.
