I especially love the fact that I didn't have to pluck it or bleach the knots I hate that process. The hair is nice and full not too thick or thin, it's soft and I haven't had any shedding. I ordered 16in so as you would expect for such a length it was alittle thin when down but I added a few tracks to give it more volume. However , it came great. These pics are it out of the package. I ordered this unit on Sunday and received it on Friday. I had the wrong shipping address and she fixed it very quickly. Hair is true to length, full, and soft with no tangles . It sheds but not ridiculous . Overall very happy with wig !
