Communication with the seller was great! They texted me to let me know when my wig arrived.. the wig, i love the feeling it's really soft and doesn't tangle. It's easy to curl and straighten. It doesn't smell bad. Has lace all around and baby hairs.. you can part anywhere .. I had to pluck to make my park a little more noticeable. .. came with wig cap. Adjustable straps.Rating - I love my wigs!!!
