1. Give the wig a shake after taking out of the package and hang it on for some time, it will become tight and natural.
2. In case of shedding and tangle, please washing and maintenance the wig firstly.
3.The wig can be stored in the hairnet and plastic bag, or be put on the wig stand. But please note it should be placed in a cool dry airy place.

It came true to length and the color is so gorgeous. my only complaint about it would be the lace color but unless i pointed it out you wouldn’t be able to tell. the seller was so sweet about everything. Just as described. Took long to ship due to the Coronavirus situation which is understandable but once it shipped, I received it in about 3 days which was pretty fast. The seller’s communication was great and was very polite. I definitely recommend this seller. Haven’t tried it on but will have an updated pic once it’s installed.

i love my unit. it came within 3 business days. the hair was soft & curly, just like the picture. i did have to bleach the knots & pluck it a little more to my liking. the hair was still soft & pretty after bleching. although, i did experience a bit of shedding, the unit it still nice. it's also true to length. i love it. i also curled it & the hair took well & is so gorgeous.
